Most couples I photograph aren't used to having their photographs taken professionally, and that's completely fine.

I'll guide you when you need it, whether that's finding the best light for your portraits, helping you feel comfortable together or making sure everyone looks their best in the family photographs.

But I also know when to put the camera down from directing and simply observe.

Your mum laughing during the speeches, your friends celebrating on the dance floor, the hugs after your ceremony. These are all part of your wedding, and they deserve just as much attention as your portraits.

My approach combines natural storytelling with a little editorial influence, beautiful colour and gentle guidance.

One of my favourite things about photographing weddings in Worcestershire is the variety of venues.

From historic buildings and beautiful gardens to countryside celebrations, every wedding brings something different.

Arley Estate & Arboretum

An outdoor ceremony, a family tradition and beautiful evening light

Arley Estate is a wonderful setting for couples who love gardens and outdoor celebrations.

I photographed a wedding here with a ceremony in the Italian Garden, surrounded by greenery and the people closest to the couple.

One of my favourite parts of the day was a family sausage tradition, which brought plenty of laughter.

And despite the uncertain weather forecast, we were lucky enough to finish with beautiful golden-hour portraits.

It's exactly the kind of wedding I love photographing: full of personality, family and little details that make the day their own.
